What we offer?

We operate 24 hours (upon bookings), Bollard secured and constant CCTV surveillance monitored OUTDOOR car parking facility.

Do I have to make a booking?

Booking are essential as space can be limited during peak periods. You can book online through our website or call to speak with one of our friendly staff.

Are there any cancellation fees?

Booking cancellation 24 hours prior to the start of the booking period, refunds will be made completely (please make the refund request to our email booking@nhairlink.com.au)

In less than 24 hours, $20 admin fee charge will be taken and the remainder will be refunded to you. (Email us at booking@nhairlink.com.au)

What happens if I need to change my date of return?

Notify us as soon as possible at (0404 341 576) So your car will be ready on time upon your return.

How does Drop Off & Pick-Up Shuttle Service operate?

The shuttle service is COMPLEMENTARY.             

Drop Off Shuttle service operates every 15 minutes.

 

How much time do I allow to get to the Airport?

We are only 5-9 minutes away from Perth Airport, We would recommend you allow 15 minutes extra in case any unforeseen circumstances, and ensure you are at the terminal with plenty of time.

How does Payment Work?

Payments can be made online at the time of your booking. EFTPOS facilities are available and cash payment on vehicle collection time.

Can I change my booking date and time?

Yes, We understand that certain circumstances can change your plans.

How about If I am onsite and want to extend my existing booking?

$10 per day charge will be applied.
